  • How do sessions work?

    We meet via Zoom for your scheduled time. It’s a relaxed, supportive space to focus on your goals. You’ll get your link in the confirmation email after booking.

  • What’s the difference between your services?

    Each session is designed with a focus — whether it's clarity, burnout recovery, finances, or productivity. You can read the descriptions on the booking page or reach out if you're unsure what fits best.

  • Can I book more than one session?

    Absolutely! You’re welcome to book single sessions or check out one of the bundles for deeper support.

  • Do you offer recordings?

    No, I don’t record sessions. I want you to feel fully present, safe, and distraction-free.

  • What’s your cancellation policy?

    You can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. Missed or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable to protect time on both sides.

  • Do you offer therapy?

    No, this is not therapy. My services are supportive, wellness-based sessions focused on strategy, clarity, and coaching.
